The location was divine. I appreciated that it was close to everything, like a sweet dream. The breakfast had quality ingredients with attention to detail and the presentation was AMAZING!!! The staff assisted with questions regarding the hotel and surrounding area.
The air conditioning in my room made a slight noise.

the hotel's location was convenient for accessing public transport.
I had issues with the room temperature. the thermostat would not go below 19 degrees celsius, so it was uncomfortably warm. plus, the breakfast service was slow. Coffee took nearly 20 minutes to arrive on multiple occasions, even after i had finished eating.

the location was fine. the staff at the front desk seemed polite enough.
I had scheduled a late checkout. Housekeeping barged in two hours before the agreed-upon time. it reminded me of my privacy was completely disregarded. this disruption was really frustrating.
